No. Requesting matches through our site is free, and initial inquiries typically use a soft check that does not affect your credit score. A lender will let you know before running any hard inquiry required to finalize an offer.

We're typically compensated by the lender you choose once a loan closes, similar to how many brokerage and comparison services work. This does not change the rate quoted to you, and you're never charged directly for using our matching service.

Our network spans lenders serving a range of credit profiles, from excellent to rebuilding. Rather than ruling you out, we route your inquiry toward lenders whose programs are more likely to fit where you stand today.

Most borrowers see initial matches within minutes of submitting their information. From there, the pace of closing depends on the lender you select and how quickly documentation is provided.
